because it was considered a crime scene. earlier this morning ktvu called oakland police and they confirmed they didn't because they didn't have enough officers. we tried to call the crash victim but got no answer on his cell phone but we don't know if he is still stranded. >> new york police are searching for a suspect that killed a man by pushing him in front of a new york subway train. here's surveillance video of the woman police believe to be responsible. it happened last night when the man was shoved in front of a northbound train in queens. police believe he was pushed by the woman in her 20s. witnesses say she fled after the incident. the man died at the scene and has not yet been identified. two law students have been charged with animal cruelty in connection with an incident at a loss vegas casino in october. the 24 year olds are accused of decapitating an exotic bird at the casino. charges include felony killing and torturing of an animal. if convicted he could face prison time and it could effect his future career in law. the other was only charged with a misd
